We collect information you provide when you register and operate your store — your name, email address, phone number, business and store details, product catalog, inventory, staff accounts, and order records. We also collect technical data automatically, such as device information, IP address, and usage activity, to operate and improve the Platform.

With your permission, the apps use your device’s camera to capture product images, scan barcodes, and run AI-assisted product intake and shelf audits; the microphone for support and customer calls; and your photo library to attach images to listings and support conversations. These are used only for the features you invoke and are never accessed in the background.

We use your information to set up and operate your store, process and route orders, send order and account notifications, provide customer and technical support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Payments for your sales are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card or bank credentials.

We share information with payment processors, delivery partners, and service providers who help us run the Platform, and with shoppers only to the extent necessary to fulfill and support orders. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

You can export your catalog, customers, and orders at any time. You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information from your account settings or by contacting us, and you can opt out of non-essential communications whenever you like.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and payment data is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
